These custom made VVS1 Diamond Grillz are custom crafted to fit your exact teeth shape in a permanent cut design. The diamonds are prong set into solid material of your choice (Sterling Silver, White Gold, Yellow or Rose Gold). Every piece is custom fit to your exact teeth shape by creating a mold. Choice between laboratory made diamonds or moissanite diamonds.
Step by Step Grill Molding Instructions
As soon as you place your order, first we send you a molding kit. Its important you follow these step by step directions so our jewelry designer can craft the perfect fitting grill. Please follow step by step.

Step 1: Get the 2 molding putty mixtures one blue and one white, place them in your hand.
Step 2: Mix the two molding putty together for 25 seconds until you have a solid blue color.
Step 3: As soon as you see that blue mixture, role the putty into a sausage shape than place the mold into the tray like the photo below.
Step 4: Next Open your mouth wide, put the mouth piece directly onto the center of your teeth, make sure your teeth do not contact the sidewalls of the mouth piece.
Step 5: Now Bite Down and hold the mouthpiece their for 2 minutes and 30 seconds DO NOT MOVE, DO NOT TALK, SIT AS STILL AS POSSIBLE.

If you notice in both of these photos the gum line is very important so make sure you bit all the way down!!
Step 6: As soon as you make your mold text us a picture via the number located on your receipt that you got at checkout. with your name and order # and a jeweler will assist you.
Step 7: Once we confirm that the molds are good, put them into the zip-lock bags the molds came with and include the packing slip the molds came with.
Step 8: Head to FedEx, UPS or USPS and ship your molds to the address provided by your jeweler. Shipping is paid by you. DO NOT send the molds back in the same package it came in. The post office will supply you with the packaging.
Step 9: It takes about 14-21 business days to create your custom grill, during this time please be patient as the jeweler dedicates time and patience to crafting a pristine diamond grill.
