Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days for a full refund only under certain conditions. Your product must be unworn and still have tags attached for refund and still in its original packaging unopened and unused in its original condition. We do not accept return on items that have been worn or the package has been opened. No returns on items purchased with Bitcoin or international purchases outside of the US.
To return your jewelry, follow these steps:
1. Repackage your products
2. Email us with your intent to return your purchase at [email protected]
3. We'll Email you back with a return label
4. Print out this label and affix it to your package with purchase.
5. Drop off at your nearest post office.
Once item is received by our staff, The item will be inspected and refund will be given once confirming that the item is in its original condition.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process, once the returned product is received by our warehouse team and is fully inspected could take up to 10 business days.
